The following will incur additional fees:

  • Animals/familiars

  • Complex designs

  • Written descriptions with no visual references

Process & Turnaround Time

  • I require 1- 4 weeks to complete a commission.

  • An invoice will be sent via PayPal. Upfront payment is required before I can start the commission.

  • Once payment has been completed, you will be added to the queue. If there are pieces ahead of yours, it may take longer to complete.

  • I will send one sketch before continuing the commission. During this stage changes and adjustments do not incur additional fees.

  • Any major changes made after this stage will incur additional fees (such as changing the pose). To avoid this, please let me know early on if you would like any changes made.

  • I will keep you updated on every step of the process, including sketch, colors and shading.

Delivery

  • The finished piece will be sent via email. Please provide the email address you would like it sent to.

  • You will receive a high-resolution version of the illustration and a lower resolution version with a watermark that can be shared online.

  • You will also receive a transparent version if you would like to create your own background.

Refunds & Uses

  • Refunds are only applicable if I choose to cancel the commission. This will only happen if I cannot complete the commission or if the client does not follow the ToS as provided.

  • Personal use only, these commissions are for non-commercial purposes.

  • Not to be used for NFTs or AI training.

  • I reserve the right to post a watermarked version of the artwork to promote my socials or commissions.

  • If you would prefer the art not to be posted, please let me know in advance.
